Osteopathy is a physical medicine that relies on accurate diagnosis. It finds
restrictions throughout the body. Whether it is in the muscles, bones, ligaments, viscera (guts) or the nervous system. After
diagnosis the treatment can focus on eliminating the restrictions and promoting the body to heal itself. Who can be treated
by an Osteopath?
Everybody can be seen by an Osteopath, young
and old. The Osteopath undertakes a thorough case history and physical examination to help gain an accurate diagnosis and
exclude serious illness. This will lead to accurate treatment or referral. There are two main types of Osteopathy; Structural
and Functional (Cranial): Different people require or prefer different approaches, and this clinic deals evenly with both.

with the following; Occupational strain, Lifting Injuries, Car Accidents, Falls, Direct Injury, Blows to the head or just
back pain.
